ExtensionNotFoundException extends ExtensionManagerException
Thrown when a record of the local mirror of a remote extension list is requested, but not available (anymore). This usually happens when the extension list has been updated in the meantime, since updating replaces all records of a remote and thus assigns new identifiers.
